the Project

The site lies within the county of South Lanarkshire and is located approximately 30 miles south of Glasgow.

The property can be accessed directly from the B7078 Carlisle road, the entrance to the site is located approximately 1.5 miles north of the M74 junction 11, thus offering easy access to the Motorway network.

The ‘Park’ will be fully self sufficient in terms of green energy provided by environmentally sustainable sources.

‘Planning in Principle’ has been obtained and a final detailed design of the site to accommodate a hydrogen distribution centre is currently in the process of being submitted under the existing consent.

Full planning is in place for 400,000 sq.ft of industrial space/data centre, 7MW CHP engines, 12 MW of solar PV and 2x 3 MW wind turbines.

The Hy2Go Facility will house the state of the art SYSLER 300 Electrolysers system from Siemens Energy Plc and will have the capability of producing up to 1,250,000 KG p.a., consisting of the onsite renewable energy, wind and solar, up to 725,000 KG p.a. and a further 500,000 kg p.a. from imported renewable sources, which will be backed by a ‘Green Sleeve’ to ensure full compliance of green hydrogen regulations.

We are looking to commence on site during Q2 of 2021 with a view of commencing production by Q2 of 2022.
